Great location, close to the lake, close to restaurants. Great value for money. Small appartment with a nice design.

The host didn't respond on chat and didn't answer the phone. Therefore getting there and arrange the car parking was tricky. (The host left a document, giving us free parking rights on paid spots, but we had to figure things out on our own in italian language) The appartment wasn't the cleanest.

We stayed in these apartments for a whole week, and by the end of our stay they truly felt like home. What we loved: * A well-equipped kitchen with almost everything you need for cooking. * A beautiful lake view. The lake is also just a 3–4 minute walk away. * A very comfortable bed. * The apartment stayed pleasantly cool even without air conditioning, despite the outside temperature reaching +30°C. * Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. We needed it for work, and both of us worked remotely at the same time without any connection issues. * The hosts were very kind and helpful. They replaced our towels during our stay and provided extra toilet paper whenever we asked.

Despite all the positives, there were a few minor downsides: * If the door stays closed during the day, the apartment has a slightly damp smell when you return in the evening. I think this is a characteristic of the building itself and probably difficult to avoid. It wasn’t a major issue, though—after about 15 minutes of airing the apartment, the smell disappeared. * As mentioned in another review, there isn’t a proper window. We kept the upper vents in the door open while the shutters were closed, which allowed enough fresh air to circulate. * The visible surfaces were clean, but there was quite a bit of dust in less accessible places. I ended up wiping the heated towel rail and cleaning dust from inside the wardrobe. It would be nice if the cleaning were a bit more thorough.
