The apartment was tidy, and the host was responsive. The location was good, ~10 minutes walk from the city centre. There were also a few supermarkets near the apartment. The bath drain was not as bad as I expected based on the other reviews (not the best, but not the worst either).
You have to pick up the key from a different building on the same street, but because of road construction, I had to take quite a detour (and this wasn't mentioned in the host's instructions, so it caught me by surprise). The apartment didn't have any cutlery (which was fine), except for one dirty and slightly rusty fork left in the dishwasher... You also have to ask the host for the wifi password.

El apartamento es muy bonito, está limpio y la ubicación es perfecta. Las instrucciones proporcionadas por la propietaria son muy detalladas y útiles. Además, la propietaria está muy atenta a los mensajes; cuando tuve alguna pregunta, respondió de forma muy rápida y efectiva. Cerca del apartamento hay supermercados, restaurantes y paradas de autobús, y el centro de la ciudad está a pocos minutos caminando.
Creo que sería útil tener una foto del baño en el anuncio. No es un gran problema, pero el suelo del baño se encharca cuando te duchas; la pendiente no está bien resuelta, por lo que el agua de la ducha no cae al sumidero y toda la superficie del suelo del baño se moja y tienes que ayudarte de una herramienta para limpiarlo.

A Good location and a comfortable bed. Free parking was great.
The host didn't reply to my question about air conditioning (there was none although it says so in the description). It was really hot in there! A lot of dust on the surfaces and the host has a dog... not a clean apartment. The shower was impossible, it made a "lake" in the bathroom, not working well at all. Getting into the apartment was difficult because of the construction work outside the building, and the only way to enter was through the ground-floor bicycle storage area. Woke up at 6 AM to construction work noise.
