It has many defects that need repair.specially bathroom, heater, The sink is clogged,bad smell. The shower in one bathroom has slightly warm water not good hot. Full self service which is not convenient. Not enough water bottles, towels for the whole family, no complimentary coffee & tea. The costumer services were not well experienced to solve the problem, at the same time they are easy to disconnect the call & not calling back. This’s rood attitude. No TV satellite connected. I have to pay. Only one TV in living room which doesn’t give kind of privacy for the family members. I tried to call customer service many times but they rarely answer me and they didn’t solve the property problems I request to talk to the supervisor but no body care about customer satisfaction Based on the compound policy, it’s not allowed sharing the facility pictures.
