Fechadura eletrônico excelente! Porém, precisa ajustar, pois quase não consegui abrir e precisei do auxílio dos proprietários. Assim, foi resolvido, mas é preciso ajustar para o acesso interno ser mais rápido.
Precisa de iluminação externa, a rua um pouco escura. Os proprietários podem utilizar iluminação externa de presença. À noite, o acesso externo a porta principal, deixa certa insegurança.

Achei o banheiro com aparecendo de sujo, uma sugestão é melhorar-lo! Outra sugestão é colocar algo que dê um cheiro de limpeza na acomodação, quanto entrei havia muito cheiro de poeira, como se estivesse limpando há muito tempo!
