Room was clean, staff very helpful and the hotel is ideally located - walking distance from main sites.

The first floor landing looks empty and lacks ventilation, but once you enter the room corridors it's back to normal. Other than that nothing!

C’est pas question de ne pas aimer plutôt un étonnement, pas de balcon, nous en avons parler au personnel il nous explique problème informatique, et pareil pour le check-out il y est écrit 23h mais il est à 12h

Location was fine, just a short taxi journey from Wakaf Bharu train station

Room could have been a little bit bigger to meet my exercise needs

1.Location: it’s right in the city centre, close to the shops and tourist spots 2. Free Parking is available right in front of the hotel. Very convenient.

The hotel lift does not go all the way up to our room which is on Level 2. To get to Level 2, we have to take the lift to Level 1. When the lift door opened on Level 1, we were astonished to see mattresses stacked against the wall of the lift lobby. Then we had to walk along the corridor to the other end where we had to climb 2 flights of steep staircases to get to our room…!!! The hotel staff told us that we had no choice as the rooms on the other floors were fully occupied. As an elderly couple with knee problems, this was truly a nightmare. Although the hotel staff were kind enough to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room, the whole stay was unpleasant for us as we struggled to climb up and down the staircase. The hotel provided us with breakfast coupons for breakfast at the lobby cafe..unfortunately, breakfast only starts at 9.30 am..!! What a joke..😬 May as well don’t offer breakfast..We didn’t bother to wait that long. Bought our own breakfast outside.
