Beautiful house really well designed for holidays. Would suit a family group, 2 families or even 4 couples. Outdoor space is the standout feature - the pool is a good size and the jacuzzi is a great bonus. The sunken seated area is really nice for the evening to watch a movie (or you can spin the sunbeds round and use those!) The outdoor kitchen with a fridge is handy. And the bathroom begind it great for washing kids straight from the pool. The inside kitchen is also a nice space. There is a dishwasher. And the bedrooms are beautiful, each with a comfy bed and its own bathroom. Nice touches like hairdryer in each room and shower gel/ soap provided. The bedrooms are air conditioned. Separate laundry room was great - used a lot with our kids and so nice to go home with no dirty washing. Hosts had left beers in the fridge and lovely pastries from a local bakery in Syracuse. Thete is a bus stop at the end of the street i to town and beach. And a rocky beach at the other end on the street - nice to pop down to for sundowners! One restaurant in walking distance that didnt look much but surprisingly good food and sensible prices. Beautiful sandy beaches near by a sbort drive away. I woud recommend Anrenella beach. The Lido is worth paying into - be there for opening to get the best beds.

Nothing big at all we had a wonderful holiday! Bin system quite complicated but that is the regional recycling system so just follow the hosts instructions on what goes out when and how to the letter. We did find our rubbish built up a little though and attracted ants but that is just the way of things in a hot country. Kitchen could do with a few more items like a vegetable peeler and wooden spoons. We left BBQ tools, clingfilm and tin foil. Pots only work on the induction hob if matched to the exact footprint of the hob circle which took us a whime to figure out. More crockery would also be helpful and perhaps some champagne flutes and more actual wine glassess.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would rate this villa 10/10. The property is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and in reality, it looked even better than in the photos. The villa is located in a quiet and private area, and the fenced property made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We especially loved that each room had its own private bathroom and direct access to the yard, providing both comfort and privacy. The beds were large and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The villa is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and stovetop, along with all the necessary cookware for preparing meals at home. The rooms were supplied with clean towels, fresh bed linen, toiletries, and even a hairdryer in every bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find separate towels for the pool and jacuzzi as well – a thoughtful detail that shows great attention to guests’ comfort. Our favorite features were the cozy lounge area and the hot jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. Communication was always quick and efficient, and any request or issue was resolved immediately. Since they live nearby, help was always available when needed. We also greatly appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out arrangements, especially as we had to leave very early in the morning. We highly recommend this villa to couples, families, and groups of friends. The combination of private rooms, excellent facilities, peaceful surroundings, and outstanding hospitality makes it a truly special place to stay. We would gladly return in the future.

Als op de foto’s: gloednieuw, zeer ruim, zeer schoon, luxueus, mooi zwembad en heerlijke jacuzzi. Ideaal voor een groep: In het huis zelf zijn drie slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer, de vierde slaapkamer met badkamer is in een aparte aanbouw met eigen ingang. Achter het zwembad (buiten) is ook nog een badkamer. Veel zitjes in de tuin. Op twee minuten lopen is een rots strandje, op 5 minuten rijden prachtig zandstrand. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Fijne communicatie via whatsapp bij vragen tijdens ons verblijf.

Die Gastgeber haben und sehr herzlich empfangen. sie haben uns das haus erklärt, mit dem Gepäck geholfen, Wasser, Kaffe, Wein, Kuchen und Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion warteten auf uns im haus. das Haus war vorgeheizt und sehr einladend. Die läge ist grundsätzlich gut, weil man von dort aus viele orte schnell erreichen kann. Es ist keine Durchfahrtsstraße, was sehr gut ist, und daher frei vom Autolärm. wir haben uns sehr gut im Haus gefüllt.
