The extra space!
We reported a kitchen cabinet door detached from the frame holding hinges. We intended to help the landlord glue it prior the next rent. Then the property management contact show up to gathered it and complained about how many were in the house.
We spend a hard time discussing until they agreed I only have one extra person over the amount reported at booking. Then we were asked to paid for the extra person for the five days. It wasn't much since we divided by the nine persons we had.
The lesson is, never ever consider the landlords, never them report if anything is broken by regular use. Let them discover what is out of service while the clean the property for the next rental.

The location and number of bedrooms as well as the on site parking was very convenient
The building and furniture were not super nice and their was hair on the towels.
