Casa Miel en El Botánico

Large comfortable apartment in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the address given on booking. com is incorrect. We were told it was Rr. Shygri Bari when it is in fact on Rr Selita Vjeter above Green Market. There was no frying pan or table knives in the apartment when we arrived but this was quickly rectified by the agents.

Waiting outside the wrong apartment block due to incorrect address, unable to contact the host because of phone with no esim. Eventually got them on WhatsApp.

I liked the location. It’s close to the Tirana lake, Botanical gardens and it’s a really peaceful area away from the hustle and traffic noises. I like how bright the apartment is and that the internet connection is great. The apartment was spacious.

I did not like that it felt like someone just packed their stuff and left the apartment as is. There are electrical issues, in that you the outlets in the master bedroom go out and you have to keep resetting the breaker. Also the kitchen breaker is like that too. While using the stove it might go out. The oven does not heat well. It will likely burn your food even on the right setting. I wish they would had put the doors back on the shower, and the two small beds in the second bedroom are hard and uncomfortable. And one of the beds feel like they are on the verge of collapse.
