Sublime169 large terrace overlooking the garden and ocean

The location, close to the sea, quiet and safe place, the terras with sun in the morning, and the possibility to close the window on the terras in case of bad weather (but that’s rather rare in Tenerife). Comfortable beds and bathroom and kitchen, and more than enough space with 2 persons. 2 rather big pools and a kids pool, and private parking.

Three pools one of which is heated.

Room was clean but as we booked check in last minute it was rushed and there was no actual Hanover or i formation given. My mum who was staying with me has had a knee replacement so asks could she use the lift to be told no, it wasn’t working when it in fact was.

Liked the place but on arrival as we booked last minute, I turned up with my mum who’s 68 and had knee replacement and arthritis. Seemed really rushed and they told my mum she couldn’t use the lift. Went to the room and was told this key is this door, that door, etc then shot off. We left the apartment immaculate. All we made there was cup of tea and toast. I asked in check out time to be told it was 10am but could be extended until 10.30am as our taxi was booked for 11am. I inquired a few times about what to do with the keys and was told to leave them in the apartment (have the WhatsApp messages to prove this). We left at 10.30 as instructed only to receive an awful, threatening email saying we weren’t in the apartment at 11am to do the walk around and I’m being charged €350 as the oven hob is broken! This is a massive lie as we cleaned everywhere before we left and all was immaculate and the oven, microwave, etc were never used in the 3 days we stayed. They also said I was not cooperative as I don’t provide passport details, etc via WhatsApp but surely this should be requested upon check in? I’m sure it would’ve been had the girl not looked like she wanted to be anywhere but waiting to give us keys to an apartment we paid £400 for 3 nights for!
