The location and chalet is worth spending time with your loved ones. The chalet has a swimming pool, and an outdoor open area to sit and sip a cup of tea or coffee at anytime you want.

The staff is the worst I have ever experienced in a KSA tourism destination. * At first he denied the booking and told us to stay for 1 day only. * Then we started justifying our booking and tried to explain that we have come from a different city. He simply tried to dominate us by saying call booking.com and check with them or call the number shown in the booking details (which had not been answering our calls since morning). * Out of 3 rooms, the water heater was installed in 2 rooms and out of which just 1 water heater was working. Another water heater had little current flowing through it. When we complained, the caretaker said, what should I do? Call the owner of the chalet or booking.com. * When we asked for the hot water in the swimming pool, he refused to provide and said, the water heater installed on the roof doesn't work. * When we asked to reduce the water inside the swimming pool, he mentioned, you have booked the chalet less than the amount I spent to buy the water. * The majority of the hotels and resorts located in Al Hada or Taif are being managed by the unprofessional and I'll behave Bengalis, those who don't know how to deal with the customers. * Be ready to deal with the Bengalis at every resort, shops and streets.
