New apartments- some of them are still under construction. You have everything you need in the apartment: a kitchen, a comfy bed, a TV, a modern bathroom with a large sink, and even laundry. It’s a little bit far from the beach area, but that’s what makes it quiet. It’s also close to big grocery stores. However, you’ll definitely need to rent a car or bike to get around. I liked everything.

La propriétaire Tan est réactive et arrangeante, communication aisée sur WhatsApp . La propreté et le confort de la chambre.
Pas de changement de serviettes pendant 5 jours et 2 échantillons de gel douche, un distributeur serait très utile.

We loved the villa itself and how spacious and modern the whole villa was. As there were 4 of us, we had two villas which were interconnected.
The only downside was the fact that it was about 15min scooter ride away from the Ao nang beach area so if you don't ride a scooter, it was really difficult to get grab's in that specific area.
The address of the villa is also not on google maps or grab maps, so we had to keep putting in address of the villa before us which was frustrating.

It is a new property, so the interior and facilities are very nice. Owner was also very responsive.
The location is quite hard to find, since the road leading to the property is very narrow. It is also very dark at night.
