Brian was super in his communication, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us to get to the ferry port for Vancouver Island and a cheap uber ride to town.
We got a parking ticket for parking against the traffic direction. Nothing to do with Brian, but worth knowing if you are from the UK!

Very homey ! Loved the gentan entrance to take off your shoe wear with a bench to accommodate, and found the sofa bed to be quite comfortable to sleep on.
A little snug, especially with the washer/dryer right outside the door.

Great location, very pleasant, quiet and safe city neighborhood. Public transport is nearby, as well as a small grocery store. The house is really cute and everything in the apartment works and it´s clean.
I was in the apartment in the summer and it was pleasant. In the winter you have to use the heaters (available in the rooms), the kitchen and bathroom might be a bit colder. That's the only thing to discuss in this great place.
