Derek was an amazing host and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to chat. We also loved Seven, the resident dog. The property itself is beautiful, with traditional Thai-style houses that give the place a unique and authentic atmosphere. It feels peaceful. A perfect balance between authenticity, comfort and hospitality.

小院好美啊！到处都是绿植，住在里面心情都放松了，非常适合躺平。民宿夫妻都非常友善，帮忙代收快递，推荐周边好吃的泰餐，聊天也很愉快。这里步行可达一家米其林泰北咖喱面，非常值得一试，周边有两家711，小型bigc还有Lotus free，离塔佩门也非常近，地理位置优越，闹中取静。小院里还有只可爱的小狗seven哈哈哈🐶希望有机会再来！

一个人出门旅行本来就只是想找个安全干净的地方，没想到意外挖到宝藏民宿。老板人超好，性格开朗很愿意聊天，还给我推荐了不少本地人常去的小店，我是个拖延症很严重的人这次旅行没有做任何攻略，我这次旅途全靠老板的推荐，每一个都很棒！虽然很可惜起晚了没买到咖啡豆，现在在等飞曼谷的航班上还是很可惜应该多在这待几天的🥺🥺 狗狗Seven乖巧有趣，时不时过来蹭蹭人，它真的超级可爱！！晚上回来的时候哪怕seven睡觉都会起来跑过去找你跟你打招呼，这里没有过度商业化，邻里和住客之间氛围都很好，人文气息浓厚，住着就像在外地暂住的小家，体验感直接拉满，非常强烈安利给要来清迈的朋友！

Easy walk into chiang mai, just outside old town so quieter. Lovely friendly staff, really helpful. Pretty garden. Fresh clean towels and linen
Tiny rooms, old bathrooms and limited soundproofing. Typical of traditional Thai guesthouses so if this is not what you want keep looking.
