Super-friendly host and a wonderful, relaxed setting, in a great location in Chiang Mai. 5 minutes’ walk to the edge of the old town, with easy access to many sights. Derek was an excellent host who gave us lots of suggestions and helped us book an evening out. The guesthouse is 3 traditional Thai cottages, set in a beautiful garden. We had 3 rooms. All 3 rooms were lovely exactly as described. Jasmine 2 (double room with balcony) and Orchid 1 (double room with terrace) rooms had very comfortable beds too.
The other room (one-bedroom chalet) was a lovely room, but the bed was incredibly firm, so bear this in mind if you are booking it.

Easy walk into chiang mai, just outside old town so quieter. Lovely friendly staff, really helpful. Pretty garden. Fresh clean towels and linen
Tiny rooms, old bathrooms and limited soundproofing. Typical of traditional Thai guesthouses so if this is not what you want keep looking.
