We stayed in this 2-bedroom apartment at Life Ladprao condominium for 59 days as a family, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay: two bedrooms, a combined living/dining/kitchen area, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a walk-in wardrobe, and a balcony. The space is well organized, and there's plenty of storage, including a dedicated shoe cabinet right by the entrance. The apartment is incredibly well equipped: washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, induction hob, rice cooker, handheld vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, large TV, fan, and air conditioning in every room. Honestly, I can't think of anything essential that was missing! The beds are wide and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast and stable, perfectly suitable for working remotely. The apartment is located on the 11th floor, which has a lovely little garden with trees and jasmine flowers. The windows of one bedroom and the living room overlook this garden, which is a really nice touch. You can access it directly from the common corridor. And the condominium itself? Fantastic! There's a swimming pool and gym on the 45th floor, along with relaxation areas and even a helipad. Downstairs, you'll find dedicated working spaces, a 7-Eleven, and two beautiful gardens with decorative ponds. There's also a private gate leading directly to Lotus's Ladprao hypermarket. But the real highlight is the location. It's almost impossible to beat! The escalator to BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao station is literally 25 meters from the condominium gate. The skywalk connects you to Central Ladprao shopping mall, Union Mall, and Phahon Yothin MRT station on the Blue Line. You can get practically anywhere in Bangkok without worrying about traffic. Housekeeping was provided once every two weeks, which was perfectly fine for our long stay.
Unfortunately, there were some issues, mostly related to maintenance and unwanted little visitors. First of all, ANTS! Everywhere! I'm not exaggerating. They were crawling out of seemingly every possible gap, and eventually, they even started getting into our beds and biting us at night! Fortunately, there was insect spray in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Treating the gaps along the skirting boards helped for a while, but the ants would eventually find or create another opening, and the whole process had to be repeated. Not exactly what you want to deal with during a family stay. We also encountered woodlice coming from somewhere. They're generally harmless, but I can imagine some guests wouldn't be particularly happy to find them crawling around. And yes, there were also small brown cockroaches. I noticed several cockroach traps already installed around the apartment, so clearly this wasn't an entirely new problem. Despite those traps, I occasionally spotted a few. Then there were the pigeons on the balcony. What a nightmare! I wouldn't have minded them sleeping above the outdoor AC units, but they left so much droppings on the balcony floor that stepping outside became practically impossible. Installing a simple protective net around that section would solve the problem without much effort. The apartment itself could also use some maintenance. The laminate flooring is visibly damaged in several places, particularly around the kitchen and entrance area. More importantly, the balcony door lock doesn't work. This is something that really needs attention, especially when families with small children are staying in the apartment. A balcony on the 11th floor is not a place where you want to compromise on safety. Finally, the electric kettle was leaking, constantly leaving a puddle of water underneath it. Considering that it's an electrical appliance sitting on a powered base, this is more than just an inconvenience.
