modern and stylish decoration in a recent building, size bed, large sofa bed comfortable for a teenager,, kitchen well equipped, beautiful view, excellent gym center in the building, nice pool, parking very close by at a very good additional rate per night, excellent location to visit other places in Miami but also to walk around nice areas. Very responsive team. I was able to checking before 4pm without an additional cost.

*in theory checking is restricted between 4-6pm without additional charges which is a bit stressful considering traffic in Miami.
*I was asked to inform the team 30 min prior to my arrival which I did but still had to wait for about 25 min at the lobby for someone to come to simply give my name at the hotel reception.
* you cannot bring food or drinks to the pool but if you want, you can buy at the pool bar.
*there is an additional resort fee of US$40 per day. Overall, count an additional $60 per day including parking.

Styled beautifully, the apartment had all the necessary amenities, and the building had a great gym and spa. The location was perfect for both a short drive to Brickell, and within walking distance of numerous cafes, shops, supermarkets and more.
