    Lovely owners. Very friendly. Made us a lovely breakfast and great chicken and chips for tea.

    The owner and their family were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. The breakfast was acceptable and provided a decent start to the day. One of the highlights was the newly renovated bathroom with a good hot shower. The common room was also pleasant, especially with the hot stove that created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. However, there were several issues that significantly affected the overall experience. Access to the rooms is via an open external staircase, so during rain you will inevitably get wet when entering or leaving. The room itself was extremely small for three people and did not feel properly renovated. It had a noticeable mouldy smell and lacked basic furniture such as a table or chairs. Considering the very high price for the standard provided, the accommodation felt overpriced. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this pension.
