Location is very central, so you're near nice restaurants, market and convenience. Internet connection is reliable if you need to work remote. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. For long stays they could provide the basic items as salt, oil, shower soap.

I was supposed to stay a whole month but I shortened my stay due to the host rudeness. From the beginning the whole communication with the hosts was poor, lacking touch and willing to help. To start off, the main entrance should be opened with the QR code they sent that never worked despite I told them (luckily the building doorman helped me with the registration, even though they said it should be done by the flat owner). Then I sent the host a message informing the 4 remote controls from the TV weren't working, after a couple of unhelpful message exchanges they said I should buy the battery for the control - me, the guest, who had just arrived and was extremely sick and had been in the hospital the night before (which they knew it), was then told that the solution should be provided by myself, that I should leave the accommodation and buy the battery. And when I contested the solution the host called me rude and told me to cancel the stay if I wasn't happy. I then talked to the husband's host through Booking.com and his first message was "What do you want? You can cancel it if you didn't like it. This is not a hotel", basically replicating the same speech from the wife who I was talking before via Whatsapp. I was alone, bed sick and powerless, all I could do was cry. I had planned to stay my whole month there to take care of my health and visit family and yet I was put in such a stressful environment. Later on the husband, Leonardo, apologised and in a few minutes I had someone at my door delivering the battery. But it has never been about the battery, instead it was the treatment they provide for their guest, their client. There was no empathy, no apologies from the wife. The communication with Leonardo went well after, but it was too late. I'm a digital nomad, I travel the whole world, I stay in hotels, Airbnb and guest houses the whole time and I've never been treated like this.
