Un petit appartement ultra cocooning et très bien situé. Je recommande.

Petit logement très bien situé qui permet de visiter Rennes à pied, à environ 20 minutes du centre. Magasins d'alimentation à proximité, ainsi que des bars et restaurants. Un grand marché se tient le samedi matin à 10 minutes à pied. Un petit parking est à disposition gratuitement dans la courette de l'immeuble, donc très pratique, sans code d'accès. Le logement est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur. L'endroit est calme et bien fréquenté. Le logement est petit mais coquet et très propre, suffisant pour 2 personnes. Les consignes d'accès sont très simples, accès en autonomie. La propriétaire est réactive et répond rapidement aux questions. Bilan très très positif ! On reviendra avec plaisir !
Il manque peut-être quelques équipements de base, mais nous étions les premiers, donc j'imagine que ce sera complété !
