Localization was actually very good if someone likes quite neighborhood! Very close to konbini, automatic laundry and good food all around the place! Couple mins of walk from train station, one stop away from Osaka Station which was great!
The general cleanliness of the place. Snot on the walls and ceiling, sticky floor, some remains in the bathroom sink, fungus in the bathroom. Light pollution from the building on the other side - no curtains on the windows. No sound isolation from the street below.
