The apartment is spotless, modern, and has everything you might need for both short and longer stays. The bed is super comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Elena, the manager, was amazing — always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with local tips about restaurants and transport. Thanks to her, check-in and check-out were absolutely smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone who values comfort and good communication!

Manager Elena was very helpful with the check-in and gave us great tips on what to visit in Batumi. Excellent accommodation — a modern house in the historical center of Batumi, near the sea. Everything in the apartment is new: premium-class appliances, high-quality furniture, and a well-thought-out design. Maximum comfort, high standards, fully matches the description.
