The apartment is new, clean and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all you need. We had a garage dedicated to the apartment, which is extremely convenient.
The check-in was easy and simple.
The apt is about 20 minute walk from the city center and from the train station. It is fairly close to a road but when you close the windows, you don't hear anything.

Easy to check in and easy to park.
There's only one heater hanging on top of the couch in living room to provide heat. So the bedroom is quite cold. The bedroom has a hand painting on the glass window and it's quite scary. The living room sleeping couch is impossible to be used as the heater keeps blowing wind on it all night long. The wind can't change direction. Don't leave anything including shoes around the front door and window. It accumulates ponds of water in the morning. It's not close to the center.
