The location is a new estate, room facility is complete, including washing machine and ironing board/iron. Place is quiet, allowing for good rest. It is close to local shopping centers. The neighborhood is quiet at night, and one can park car on property driveway overnight. The price is reasonable, given the alternatives.
The new estate has the usual narrow street parking for car, this is a minor issue. It is however far from typical Sydney tourist places in the city, so its location is not great for city tourists. The bed is smaller than expected and is rather soft, not providing good support (this is preference of course) for better sleep.

No Breakfast at this location. Communal Kitchen was very good and other Tenants were very pleasant. Good location and good Room's.
It could have somewhere to sit . Perhaps turn the garage into a communal space to sit relaxe and watch T. V or have a Chat.
