Excellent hosting and very comfortable accommodation.
There was a lot of traffic noise if outside but the property inside was noise free. This balanced for us was the location is very convenient for Bray village restaurants and quick access to Waitrose supermarket to stock up for a nearby literary festival.

Location great. Accommodation as described - nice space. EV charging a bonus although didn't need on this visit. Autonomous arrival with clear instructions for access. Good communication from Gary. Recommended to all
For the cost would be great to provide maybe a pint of milk (even long life) and a bottle of water in the fridge for people's arrival. Not really a complaint, more of a suggestion
