The location for this was perfect for us as business owners trying to get to the convention center. It was a secure building. And for the most part, there were no major concerns on safety or walkability. The owner did respond to every question I had almost immediately. And their customer service was incredible
The building is very old. While our unit attempted to have updates, some of them were not implemented very well. Well. Think missing caulking on faucets. Missing cables for TVs wonky flooring. Overall, the unit was clean and amazing for the use that we needed, but it did not feel like it was complete yet. The whole building is under construction, so there is a lot of dust, dirt and overall wear that you can see.
