Great location by La Carolina park and a metro station, spacious, super fast and stable wifi, pleasant host who was easy to communicate with by Whatsapp, easy collecting keys from reception on arrival after confirming name and apartment, security guard was very pleasant and friendly too, place is fine if you just want a bed and don’t plan to spend time in the apartment.

A very old, run-down apartment in desperate need of a renovation. I could see some effort in trying to tidy the place but it could have been cleaner - the kitchen felt and looked quite grimy. Providing some basic cleaning products, more towels, tea towels, hangers, a bath mat, some forks and knives would have been helpful (Plenty of spoons though!). Some instructions on entering the apartment building after certain hours would have been helpful too as I was unfamiliar with the building and tried all the keys without luck - luckily another tenant came out to throw trash out and told me how to use the key fob. The apartment is on a busy main road, so you could hear a lot of external noise. Lack of privacy in the living room and kitchen - no curtains or blinds. Missing window pane in the living room meant noise as well as a slight draft came in. A copy of my ID was requested, which I declined and host was understanding and accepted my passport number via Whatsapp. With a great host and location, this place has great potential!
