The warmth and comfort and modern well appointed rooms were everything we needed with the sauna would add- and more. Lined the balcony from where we could view the Northern Lights
As people from New Zealand and I think most people outside of Finland we did not realise to work the washing machine we had to turn the little tap under the tap so couldn’t use this (perhaps some instructions on the washing machine in English might help people). We were able to go for a ski before the 5pm check in and we were able to get the keys at 4.30 thanks but it is an extraordinary late check in time for a cold country and the extra charges to get in at a more reasonable time left a bad taste.
