Gefallen hat mir die Lage der Wohnung. Vom Balkon aus kann man die Klippen und das Meer überblicken. Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestattet, es gibt z.B. einen Föhn und eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist funktional, aber nicht schön ausgestattet. In der gesamten Wohnung ist ein muffiger, modriger Geruch, der auch durch Lüften nicht besser wird. Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders sauber, vor allem die Küche und das Bad. Die Möbel sind abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist alt und zusammengewürfelt. Die Duschkabine an der Badewanne ist verrostet, im Bad haben nicht alle Lampen funktioniert. Der Aufzug zur Wohnung im 4. Stock funktioniert nur manchmal. Obwohl die Wohnung für Lage und Zeitraum relativ günstig war, fand ich sie für das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zu teuer.
