Location cannot be beaten. And value exceeded expectations. Cozy beds and surprise bananas and waters which were a nice touch for our Fuji hike. Self check in very easy and when we woke up Fuji was looking right at us. Literally steps from Kawaguchiko station.. Staff communication is through messenger only but they were responsive to our needs. I would use again.

If you mind train noise, please be advised that you will hear the trains until they stop running very late into the night so plan ahead with white noise or earbuds

I love that it’s near train station and it easy to get around by bus or bicycle to the lake as well as mt Fuji. Love the view of mt Fuji from the window

Nothing. It was perfect size for 2 ppl.

No contact info and no advance instruction on how to check in. I was on the property clueless on how to check in. I saw a resident but she said she cannot help me. I called many times on the number posted on the stairs but i was rejected, the person on the other line doesnt speak English. It was international calls charge on me. I almost start looking for hotels. I was about to pay for another hotel when I check my e mail from another hotel and I saw the message and on how to check in. There should be instructions for the guest, days before the check in day. There should be a person to talk to.
