Waters Edge è una realtà immobiliare nota (anche lo scorso abbiamo passato nello stesso palazzo un mese). Con piscine, palestra ; servizio di security molto presente ed inappuntabile. Cortesia. c'è anche un minimarket ben fornito e quasi sempre aperto!
lo spazio: forse c'è stato un errore nella selezione e ci siamo trovati uno 'studio' invec4e che 1BR! Immediatamente abbiamo chiesto di cambiare l'appartamento. Dopo ore e persone che si sono fatte vive: niente!
Rumori: oltre al ben noto rumore degli aerei che passano sopra la testa ... c'è il forte rumore di un bruciatore per il riscaldamento della piscina che è vicina (2^ piano). Rumore che va avanti 24h/giorno!
l'arredamento pur moderno, pulito e relativamente nuovo non è pensato a chi deve stare ad es. 3 settimane: forse per il solo weekend. Mi riferisco allo uso di un grande armadio a muro che non ha scaffali !!! Chiesto di aggiungere: no!
