We really enjoyed this property. Great property, great amenities and pool, close to Disney, and a great price. With a family of five, having the spacious condo to come back to and unwind after a long day at the park made all of the difference.

Pros: The location of this property can't be beat, it's literally at the entrance to Disney World, so for this reason I don't think they'll have any trouble keeping it rented. Parking is directly in front of the unit for easy no hassle access. The layout of bedrooms was great, and everyone had their space to relax. The kitchen is huge. It's right across from a Walmart, so it's very easy to stock up on whatever you need for your stay. There's also a 7-Eleven at the corner to grab breakfast sandwiches versus waiting in long lines once you get to Disney.
Cons: The unit itself is very bare bones. No complimentary coffee, and not even a keurig or single-serve coffee maker. They provide the smallest dish soap I've ever seen. Same with one tiny soap to share between the sink and the shower. You get one packet of laundry detergent for your whole stay, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Everyone gets one very thin towel. The hot water for showers was lukewarm on high, and it had about 2 feet of glass enclosing a 6 foot shower, so it was cold and messy getting clean. Also the towel racks in the secondary bathrooms are sharp and protruding. My daughter gashed her head on one of them, and each of us almost did several other times. This should be fixed since it is an obvious safety hazard. Carpets seemed like they had no padding, and noise from plumbing etc. traveled readily through what sounded like hollow walls.
If you want the extra space and can't find availability at a better Disney property, this one makes total sense. It's clean and new and basically does the job. To make your stay its best, just plan to hop over to Walmart and buy up higher quality basics for everything. That will make up for most of the shortcomings. Oh, and mind the towel racks.

Nice place. And it had an elevator!! Missing a coffee maker although there were coffee mugs.
