The detached villa built in 1980 and is furnished in a functional style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport.

air conditioning. There is no heating. TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kid and sockets with child safety lock.
