The location could not be better - it`s a 4 bedroom single level floor plan, whether you are traveling with family or for business it’s an easy stroll to Downtown Chandler. Downtown Chandler has a huge variety of restaurants and bars - local breweries, speakeasies, Asian cuisine, delis, country bars, pizza joints, sushi - you name it! Historic San Marcos Golf Course is across the main street.
The backyard includes a BBQ, outdoor dining table, fire pit with seating, and corn hole! There’s plenty of room for kids to run around.
There are two driveway spaces for parking. The garage is not accessible.
