A very quiet neighbourhood close to everything. 2kms from airport, central shopping and hospital.
Queen bed super comfy with memory foam mattress. Head of bed can be raised mechanically Workstation with power points.
Second bedroom has king size bed. Can become twin single beds on request.
A sofa in the lounge can also be turned into a queen sized bed.
Own bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Use of the main kitchen with oven and gas hob. A Brevilke expresso coffee machine is available to use.
A Ninja multi cooker is also available.
Laundry has washer and dryer.
Off street parking is available for 2 cars on driveway.
Cereal, milk and toast provided for breakfast with tea and coffee.
Owners will set up the place and can help with check in. Then they vacate for the duration of your stay.
Enjoy the wonderful pathways from property to walk by streams with rural a outlook. Keep an eye out for local native birds like the Tui.

We are at the end of a cul de sac so enjoy the peace and serenity of our street and home.
