**Travel Insurance & Cancellations:**
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through vrbo
Hurricane Policy: Refunds only apply when mandatory evacuations are ordered by state/local authorities. In this case, we will refund:
-Any unused portion of rent for guests already staying.
-Any unused portion for guests scheduled to arrive.
