Only a 9-min walk to Spend-A-Day Marina rentals and an 11-min stroll to Fox Island State Park. With modern comforts like Wi-Fi, smart TV, and A/C, this cottage blends lake charm with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The front door opens into a spacious living and dining area. The navy couch in the living room is a queen-size pullout, perfect for additional guests. Just off the dining space, you’ll find a bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle, comfortably sleeping up to four. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom and a second bedroom, which features a full-size bed and sleeps two. A door in the kitchen leads to the back porch, where you’ll find an outdoor dining table and a grill—ideal for enjoying meals outside. An entire 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage. The cottage has a driveway for 2-3 cars. We live locally. Reach out if you need anything! Early Check-In Policy: Early check-ins may be accommodated at the discretion of the property owner. A fee of $10 per hour will be applied for early arrivals. All early check-in requests must: • Be submitted through the Airbnb app messenger • Receive verbal approval from either Addy or Quincy • Be paid in advance via a money request through the Airbnb platform Early check-in is not confirmed until payment has been received and written confirmation is provided via the Airbnb messenger.
