With a private beach entrance, a pool, and an extensive backyard, this spacious property is perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy easy access to the beach, unwind by the pool, and host family activities or retreats in the large outdoor area. Experience the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and beachside luxury during your stay.
The space
N1 Picuas is a beautiful two-story house located just steps from the beach, with its own private beach entrance for easy access to the sand and water. The house features four spacious bedrooms: one with a King-size bed and an attached bathroom, two with two Queen-size beds each, and one with two twin-size bunk beds. The living spaces are airy and comfortable, and the house also includes a private pool and an expansive backyard, perfect for family activities or relaxing under the sun. With modern amenities, elegant furnishings, and direct beach access, this home offers an ideal setting for a relaxing beach retreat.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the four bedrooms, living spaces, pool area, and the large backyard. The private beach entrance provides direct access to the beach, ensuring a seamless experience between the home and the sand. There are no shared spaces with other guests, guaranteeing complete privacy and a peaceful stay.
Add a second master bedroom with private bathroom and balcony on the second floor by selecting a total amount of 12 adult guetsts. Additional charges will be added automatically.

Cleaning service:
Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.
Pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday between 10:00 and 11:00 AM
Please note: Any towels or linens stained with makeup, blood, other bodily fluids, or excessively soiled will incur additional charges for deep cleaning or replacement.
Power outages:
Power outages in this area are not common, however, they happen sometimes. In this case, we provide a backup power generator. Please be mindful of the usage of electric equipment when the generator is in use. If the power outage lasts more than 24 hours, the use of the generator will be rationed.
Toiletries and other supplies:
We offer all basic toiletries and dishwashing supplies upon check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing them for the remainder of their stay once the initial quantities are exhausted.
Kindly note: Washcloths are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own preferred shower essentials.
