The space: This property is a 2 story house converted in 4 apartments. One on the 2nd floor and three on the 1st floor.
Each of these apartments have their own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette/ living room. All apartments are private!
There are no shared living spaces. The only areas that are open to everyone is the coded front door and the lobby areas leading to the apartment doors and the pool.

Whether you’re here to explore the city, soak up the sun, or relax in a quiet, comfortable space, this is the perfect base for your Tampa stay.

The Pool is open and available for all of our guest. The front yard is a nice relax area with a fire pit for everyone to use.

✅ General:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

🚭 Smoking:
• Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
• Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas (if applicable).

🐾 Pets:
* No pets allowed (unless pre-approved).

🧹 Cleanliness:
* Please leave the home in a tidy condition.
* Wash dishes before checkout.
* Dispose of all trash properly.
* Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
* Please take care of the furnishings. You will be charge for any damage.

🏊 Pool Use:
• Use the pool at your own risk.
• No glass containers near the pool.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No diving or running around the pool.

🔑 Safety:
* Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
* Report any damages immediately
* Maintain doors and windows closed when leaving the property
* No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

📦 Additional:
* Please respect neighbors and community rules.
* Please turn off the AC when you go out.

• No loud music: Please respect neighbors.
• Shower before entering: To maintain water quality.
• Proper swimwear required: No street clothes in the pool.

• Respect neighbors’ privacy: Keep noise and conversations at a respectful level.
• Towels provided: Please place used towels on the basket by the pool.
• Pool gate must remain closed at all times
• No pets in the pool or patio area unless approved
