Haus Roland is located in a quiet area on Glienberg in Zinnowitz, one of the popular Baltic Sea resorts on the island of Usedom. The well-maintained complex consists of two adjacent apartment buildings with a total of 33 vacation apartments of various sizes. It is ideal for couples, families, and small groups looking for comfort and proximity to the sea.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the lively promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away. The town center, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, is also only about ten minutes away.
Each unit also comes with its own parking space. For relaxation, guests have access to a small on-site swimming pool and a sauna with a relaxation room. Additional amenities, such as a bicycle storage room, a table tennis room, and a washer and dryer (for a fee), round out the offerings. There is also a bicycle storage shed in the garden.

This comfortably furnished vacation apartment on the 2nd floor offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Usedom across 61 square meters and is accessible via a staircase. You’ll find a bright living area with a cozy couch and dining table, as well as a flat-screen TV with Smart TV functionality—ideal for relaxing evenings.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want: an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle are all at your disposal.
The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a comfortable double bed, the other with two single beds. Each room has its own TV, so you can retreat to your own space for some private entertainment.
Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers provide additional comfort. Both bathrooms are equipped with rain showers and invite you to relax. Upon arrival, you’ll find a starter supply of soap and toilet paper waiting for you.
A special highlight is the southwest-facing balcony—perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is also prohibited on the balcony.
A crib and a high chair can be requested from the property manager.
