With 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 16 guests, this home is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Whether you’re swimming in the canal, launching a kayak at sunrise, or strolling just half a mile to the Gulf-front beaches, Coastal Château offers everything you need for a memorable getaway.
Inside, the open-concept layout creates a welcoming flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a subway tile backsplash, while the dining area and living room provide plenty of space for meals and movie nights. Each bedroom is designed as a private retreat with coastal-inspired décor, smart TVs, and easy access to modern bathrooms.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 16):
• Master Suite 1 – King bed, private bathroom, TV
• Master Suite 2 – Queen bed, private bathroom, TV
• Upstairs King Room – King bed, shares hall bathroom, TV
• Bedroom 4 – Queen bed, shares hall bathroom, TV
• Bedroom 5 – Queen bed, shares hall bathroom, TV
• Bedroom 6 – Queen bed, shares hall bathroom, TV
• Upstairs Common Area – Four twin bunk beds, shares hall bathroom
Exterior & Outdoor Living:
Step out to the covered waterfront porch that spans the entire back of the home, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, Gulf breezes, and canal views. The canal is swim-friendly, but no diving is permitted. For a day at the beach, it’s just a short half-mile walk or a quick drive with parking available (permit required). After sandy adventures, rinse off at the convenient outdoor shower.

All linens and towels are provided, WiFi, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 :). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space, there was enough room for all of us to sit around the table and talk. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to walk to the beach. We had an amazing time making memories.
