Your West Sacramento getaway starts here! This modern 5-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for families, groups, or business travelers—featuring 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 full bed (located downstairs) to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.
Enjoy a spacious backyard with a private putting green, BBQ grill, and cozy café lights—ideal for evening hangouts under the stars. The home is fully stocked with everyday essentials and includes an EV charger for added convenience.
In an effort to keep our property in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the description of each rule as well.
**No Smoking**
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $2,500 fee will apply for any evidence of smoking.
**No Parties or Events**
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Unauthorized events may result in immediate removal and additional charges.
**Guest Limit**
The home accommodates up to 10 guests. Extra guests will incur a $150/night fee per person—no exceptions. No pet policy.
**Noise & Smoke Monitoring**
We use Minut to monitor noise levels (not conversations) to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
** Long-term stay** Stays of 14 days or longer require cleaning on the 14th day of stay. We will need full access to the property to clean for 4 hours. Service animals must be off-site or crated for our team to clean the property. Each cleaning is charged at the rate of $350; stays with pets incur additional fees.
