A LITTLE ABOUT OUR LODGE

Summit View Lodge comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, featuring two king bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The open-concept living space is the heart of the home; cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace, and a wall of windows framing mountain views that seem to go on forever.

THE DECK & OUTDOOR SPACES

Your private deck is where the Smokies really show off.

Step out onto the expansive deck to soak in the hot tub, sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair, or fire up the propane grill (located in the front driveway) for dinner with a view. Evenings are best spent under the stars or around the fire pit.

We do our best to keep the propane tanks full for both the grill and fire pit. If they run low during your stay, refills are available about 10-15 minutes down the road, and we’ll reimburse you in full. Keep your receipt.

CHALET VILLAGE AMENITIES

As part of Chalet Village, guests have access to shared seasonal and year-round amenities at the North Clubhouse:

Seasonal Amenities (Memorial Day through Labor Day)

• Outdoor swimming pools, open Thursday–Tuesday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m.
• Closed on Wednesdays for maintenance
• Ping pong tables, walking trail, and community areas available during pool season

Year-Round Amenities

• Lighted tennis courts (open daily until midnight)
• Clubhouse facilities, including event space and game room, available for gatherings outside of pool season

Please note: pools operate seasonally and are not heated or open year-round.

FITNESS ACCESS

Guests looking to stay active during their visit can access 321 Fit Club, located about 10 minutes from the cabin. The gym offers day passes and is well-equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and group-training areas, making it perfect for a quick morning workout before heading back for coffee on the deck.

THOUGHTFUL TOUCHES

Before your arrival, you’ll receive a digital guidebook packed with everything you’ll need — from how to use the hot tub and fireplace to nearby restaurants and a few of our personal favorites.

Not every light switch is labeled, but the guidebook clearly notes which ones control what, so you’ll never waste time guessing.
It’s our way of making sure the little details are taken care of, so you can focus on relaxing.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• No pets allowed (fee applies if violated; protects allergy-sensitive guests)
• No smoking, drugs, or parties inside or outside (violations incur fees)
• Hot tub: adults only; avoid use after alcohol or if pregnant;
• Bears visit the area — secure trash, lock vehicles, never feed or approach
• Check-out is 10 AM sharp (late fees apply: $50 for the first 30 min, $100 for each additional 30 min)
• Minimum age to book: 21
• Weather & outages: we can’t control nature, but we’ll always help however we can
• No hidden fees — pricing is transparent and upfront
