Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the cookware you need to create memorable meals. The three bedrooms are your private sanctuaries. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, offering a peaceful escape. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, providing another comfortable option. Bedroom 3 is designed for families, with a bunk bed with a double bed and a single bed to accommodate everyone. Step outside onto the patio or balcony and enjoy the fresh air. The backyard offers a BBQ grill and outdoor seating, perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful Georgia weather. For those seeking entertainment, a ping pong table is available for some friendly competition. Throughout the home, you'll find amenities such as air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and wireless internet, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.



*Guests staying 14 nights or longer agree to pay an additional cleaning fee. A mandatory professional cleaning will be scheduled every 14 days during the reservation to maintain the home’s condition and ensure a comfortable stay.

While local bus services are limited, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient travel within Acworth and beyond. Welcome to Collins Cottage! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for your family, please take note of the following: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests. Free parking is available on the premises. Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We also do not allow pets or any events, parties, or large gatherings. The minimum age to book is 25. You might be asked to complete our independent verification to comply with short-term rental regulations. A government-issued photo ID matching the credit card used for booking is required, and a check-in form must be submitted within 2 days of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
