About this apartment rental
Quiet and warm studio, completely redone and furnished, located at the back of my house, on the edge of the garden.
Free parking near the accommodation.
Nearby: Bauvin - Provin train station: 10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by car.
Douvrin (ACC factory) is 15 minutes by car and Lens is 20 minutes away.
Lille: 20 minutes by train, 30 minutes by car.
For walks in the countryside, the Bauvin fishing pond and the banks of the Deûle are a 10-minute walk away.
The studio has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a Senseo, a kettle, a washing machine for stays of more than 15 days.
The living space consists of a sofa bed for 2 people, a sofa bed for 1 person as well, a high table and 2 chairs, a storage cupboard, a dressing room and a TV with Netflix.
I share my garden with the tenants.
You will enjoy the garden furniture and the gas barbecue as soon as the fine weather arrives. Note that I live with two small dogs (Bichon and L'hassa-Apso) used to other dogs.
Bed linen and towels are provided. A welcome coffee or tea is offered. Gas heating.
