Incredible find ! Chance of a lifetime! This unique structure was designed as a Dancehall in the 30s, this unique home offers fantastic views of the Margaretsville lighthouse and a panoramic view of the bay of Fundy. Enjoy your own private deck while overlooking the bay , lighthouse and wharf. A separate building is the home of a queen size bed and full bathroom, a few short steps to the house. Perfect for for a two couple retreat! The accessibility to purchase fresh seafood is a short walk down to visit the local fisherman. Enjoy fresh lobster, delectable scallops, haddock or the fresh catch of the day. A short 10 minute drive to the Annapolis Valley will provide an opportunity for you to purchase groceries, beverages and locate restaurants. Tour the many vineyards or visit historic locations scattered throughout the province. It’s a stunning province, we welcome you !
