Gas burning fireplace to cozy up your evenings, and a deck with a grill. Soak in the community hot tub after all your adventures. The perfect place to relax and recharge!

Start your morning with a cup of coffee on your private deck, go for a walk around the Swan River in your back yard or hit the Colorado Trail to enjoy the scenery. In the winter, build a snowman in the fresh snow before you make your breakfast in the spacious kitchen. Enjoy a glass of wine by the cozy fireplace in your evening in, or, with free parking and no resort fees, enjoy an extra drink or a dessert with your dinner in town. Escape to mountain bliss with the serene surroundings, the most difficult decision will be where to go skiing next. The condo is in easy driving distance to Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone world class ski areas, and if you don’t mind driving a little further, you can ski Vail, Beaver Creek or Loveland.

Please no animals of any kind in the home. This is an exception to keep our son safe. He has asthma.

Living Room. Nice living room with a tv connected to Roku and a cozy gas fireplace. From here, you can access a private deck.

Kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table.

Master Bedroom. The master bedroom features a log king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity sink and a bathtub/shower combo. There is a generous closet as well.

Second Bedroom. A bedroom with a log twin over twin bunk bed and another log twin bed.

Second bathroom. With a tub/shower combination, it is accessible from the hallway.

Washer and Dryer. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.

Parking. The condo comes with free parking for one car. An additional vehicle would need to be parked off-site.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the condo.
