Our newly stylish decorated and renovated apartment has pool, gym and partial Marina view from two balconies. Situated on a high floor, it offers a stunning city view as well.
Its prime location in Dubai Marina offers easy access to the Marina promenade in just 30- second. Enjoy the convenience of a restaurant within the building and a supermarket just a minute away.

- Ensuite Bedroom with King Size bed. The expansive wardrobe, equipped with an iron and ironing table, coat/clothing hangers offers ample storage.
- The attached bathroom caters a bathtub, with complimentary hand wash and shampoo, towels, a hairdryer

- Balconies, one balcony is accessible from the living room with outdoor furniture. While the other enhances the charm of the bedroom.

Standard Occupancy
This property is suitable to accommodate up to four (4) adults. Max. 4 on Bed and on Sofa can sleep comfortably. We can provide beddings for sofa bed upon request.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the Free parking, Rooftop Gym and Swimming Pool with access card. Please note that the availability of these facilities may vary and is subject to the management's policies.
Copies of ID/Passport must be shared upon reservation and at least 48-hours prior to arrival in order to register guest(s) at the Security. Non-registered guest(s) will not be allowed entry. Guest will be required to share the same Passport/ID copy at Security Reception for verification upon arrival.

Check-in and Check-out Timings
Standard check-in time is 3:00PM onwards and check-out time is from 7:00AM - 11:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability and additional charges may apply.
Please be advised that there is a Mosque in front of the building (calls for prayers in Islamic countries are 5 times per day.) which may cause noise disturbances.
There is an active smoke alarm in the apartment. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the apartment.
