- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

- Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Overall great house and great host. House is in great shape, new, very clean. Comfy beds. Kitchen had everything you could need. Game room was fun. Pool was very nice. Lots of towels. Hot tub had a fault on day two and was not usable. The house has all of the little things you don't think of needing but come in very handy when you do. Would definitely visit again.

We booked this place for a couples’ getaway and were blown away! The home was spotless, stylish, and better than the photos. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the jacuzzi under the stars was pure relaxation.We spent our days lounging by the pool, and took some short walks on the nearby canal trails. Although the kitchen was fully stocked, we really only used it for snacking. We walked two minutes to Vecina, a latin america restaurant . . . amazing food! Everything felt private and peaceful, yet close to Old Town and other shopping. You can tell the hosts really care, every detail was perfect. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back with the kids and let them hang out in the cool game room!

We had an amazing time at this property on our short trip. Everything was spotless and well cared for, which immediately made us feel at home. The bed was incredible - gave us the best sleep we’ve had on a trip away from home in a long time. And the location couldn’t be better. The paved canal trail that takes you to Old Town Scottsdale, Biltmore and Tempe Town Lake, is just a half block up from the property. We enjoyed a dinner in Old Town just a few minutes away and enjoyed another dinner on the outdoor kitchen, even made pancakes, eggs and bacon on it the next morning! We weren't aware the property had a game room when we booked it - another great surprise. Kind of a short trip so not much pool time but the pool and backyard are just as nice as shown on the listing. We loved the themed pictures throughout the home. We can’t recommend this place enough, best short term rental we've stayed in, especially considering the price we paid. We’ll definitely be coming back!PS. We didn't get a chance to hike Camelback but enjoyed the view while sipping on our morning coffee.
