The property was exactly as advertised. The host (Jonathan) was a good communicator and efficient with requests. Check-in was smooth and seamles, and the sleeping arrangements were better than expected. Jonathan checked in with us after we had checked out to see how our stay was and periodically through our stay to attend to any of our needs. I would definitely go with Jonathan again on this property.

Very nice place, on the outskirts of Redding, thus very quiet. House is big, and well appointed. Host is very accessable and accomodating. Nice pool, but too cold for us this time of year. Driveway is a bit steep, but not a problem, and I have a dodge pickup 4dr with an 8ft bed and it was no problem for us. Lots of critters running around (squirrels and bunnies), and probably deer, etc. Neighbors include a winery and a llama farm, so a nice little county stay, and minutes from Redding, Bella Vista and Palo Cedro. We enjoyed our stay.
