With approximately 90 m² of living space, the vacation home can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups who want to spend time together on the Baltic Sea.

The facade, made of naturally weathered larch wood, blends harmoniously into the coastal landscape. Clean lines and a minimalist design give the house a serene, timeless charm. Inside, you’ll find bright, inviting rooms that create a pleasant living atmosphere with carefully chosen accents.

On the first floor, the open-concept kitchen and living area form the heart of the home. Modern and equipped with high-quality appliances, it invites you to cook together and relax. The spacious dining area provides room for long conversations, while the adjacent living area with a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cooler days.

Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The modern bathroom, featuring a shower and double sink, offers plenty of space for a relaxing start to the day or a peaceful end to it after walks on the beach and bike rides.

The lovingly landscaped garden, featuring east- and west-facing terraces, extends the living space outdoors. Here, you’ll find a sunny or shady spot at any time of day—from breakfast in the morning light to evenings bathed in the warm glow of the sunset.
