About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 35 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Glageon, which can accommodate up to 3 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a shared farmhouse, it comprises a 35 m² living room with a sleeping area, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a 20 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation, which is accessed by a staircase, comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, dining area and sleeping area with double bed (140×190)
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Shower room and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 20 m² shared garden, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Glageon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Château de la Madelaine
- Hiking in the Avesnois Regional Nature Park
- Cider Museum
- Kayaking
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Mauberge, 34 km away
- Nearest airport: Charleroi Bruxelles-Sud, 70 km away

- Free WiFi available (fibre optic)
